Physiotherapy is a full assessment-and-treatment service: we diagnose the root cause of an injury or pain and build a structured rehab plan to fix it. Sports massage is a focused soft-tissue treatment that supports recovery, eases muscular tightness and helps keep you performing — either on its own or alongside a wider rehab programme. If you're not sure which you need, book a physiotherapy assessment first and we'll advise you.
-
Absolutely — ACL rehabilitation and post-surgical knee recovery are among our core specialisms. We work with athletes at every stage, from pre-operative "prehab" through to full return-to-sport testing, and we regularly liaise with consultants and surgeons throughout your recovery. Using force-plate testing and objective data, we make sure you return to sport when your knee is genuinely ready — not just when it feels okay.
