Mark Wilson

Mark is owner of Apex Rehab and Performance.

He set up the clinic having worked in Elite sport football since graduating University. Aiming to bring the same top standard of care to every day athletes.

TPI qualified, Mark heads up the Golf Performance assessment and programming. Using physical conditioning to improve your golf game.

Ollie Shepherd

Ollie is one of our senior Physiotherapists at the clinic. Graduating 6 years ago, he has been working in private practice since.

Alongside that has worked at Leeds United in the academy as a physio for the past 4 years. Helping to develop his expertise in sports rehabilitation, specialising in helping athletes recover from injury and return to performance.

Away from the clinic, Ollie keeps active across a range of sports, including CrossFit, football, padel, and running

Since then, she has developed a wealth of experience working with high-performing athletes across a range of sports, bringing the same high standards and evidence-based approach to every client she works with.

As a keen runner herself, Jasmine has a particular passion for working with female athletes — She combines hands-on treatment with targeted rehabilitation to help her clients return to peak condition, stronger and more resilient than before.

Ozzy is an experienced sports therapist, with 4 years working in private practice. Helping athletes return to their best - from every day athletes to those at elite standard.

Outside the clinic Ozzy is a professional triathlete competing at the highest level of the sport for the last 10 years.

Using this to help guide his treatments a and rehabilitation for his clients.
